Purchase 3-inch sugar cookies at the grocery or bakery. Spread each with peanut butter within a half inch of the edge. Sprinkle each with coarsely chopped peanuts. Arrange attractively on doily-lined platters and pass them to your guests. The youngsters will also adore these cookies.
