SOUPE DE SORGHO (SORGHUM SOUP)

 

1 kg sorghum

1 cup groundnuts, pounded

water

pinch table salt

 

Husk the grain and wash thoroughly. Boil the sorghum till soft. Add salt and pounded nuts. Stir and simmer until ready to serve

 

Serves 6.
