SITOULOU

 

1 cup Peas
3 lbs. perch
2 cups carrots
2 tablespoons mustard
cup ketchup
1 lbs. venison
1 cup V8 or V8 Splash

Marinate perch and venison in mustard and V8.

Let it sit for 3 hours.

Set your oven to 450F.

Place meat in cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour.

After it is done put on ketchup and veggies of your choice.
