500 ml (2 cups) sugar beans
10 ml (2 t) salt
480 g (17 oz) maize-meal
Soak beans overnight in cold water.
Drain, cover with fresh water and add salt. Cook in a large saucepan until soft.
Add maize-meal, mix well and cook 30 minutes.
