This drink is often prepared as a treat for children, but young and old alike enjoy it.


2 cups coconut milk

2 cups milk

3 tablespoons sugar

1 banana, cut into 1-inch rounds

ľ cup ground cinnamon


Beat coconut milk and milk in blender. Add sugar and buzz 5 seconds. Pour into container and chill. When ready to serve, pour into glasses and decorate with slices of bananas rolled in the cinnamon.


Serves 4.
