PEACH FOOL

 

2 cups STEWED PEACHES (drained, pureed, and cooled)

2 cups CUSTARD, boiled, or VANILLA PUDDING (from a mix) cooled to room temperature.

 

In a 2 quart bowl fold stewed peaches into boiled custard or vanilla pudding, cooled to room temperature.

 

Yield : 8 -cup servings
