Surprise your guests!


1 banana

1 medium pineapple

1 cup pineapple juice

cup coconut milk

cup crushed ice

1 scoop ice cream

a few drops of red syrup


Cut two small wedges from the pineapple and keep aside for garnishing. Peel and chop the remaining pineapple and blend with the banana and pineapple juice to a smooth puree and add water if necessary. Add the ice cream to the blender. Slowly pour in the coconut milk and then add the crushed ice and process until smooth. Divide the drink mixture between four glasses. Trickle the red syrup over the top of the drink to give a slight pinkish effect. Garnish with a slit pineapple wedge on the rim of each glass and serve with a drinking straw.
