LASARY VOATABIA (TOMATO AND SCALLION SALAD)

 

1 cup SCALLIONS, finely diced

2 cups TOMATOES, finely diced

2 Tbs. WATER

1 tsp. SALT

few drops TABASCO SAUCE.

 

In a 1-quart bowl: Combine: 1 cup SCALLIONS, finely diced, 2 cups TOMATOES, finely diced, 2 Tbs. WATER, 1 tsp. SALT and a few drops of TABASCO SAUCE. Stir lightly and chill. Serve approximately 1/3 cup per portion in small sauce dishes.

 

Yield: 8 small salads
