GOZO (CASSAVA FLOUR STARCH)

 

Gozo is the staple in the Central African Republic and is used as a utensil and dipped in various sauces.

Cassava flour
Water

Slowly add water to cassava flour while mixing.
The result should be a thick dough that can be scooped up with the fingers and dipped in sauces.
