8 oz / 225 g apples, peeled, cored and chopped

4 tablespoons water

1 dessertspoon Demerara sugar

1 dessertspoon rose flower water

20 fl oz / 600 ml soy milk

crushed ice

4 apple slices


Cook the apple with the water and sugar until soft. Allow to cool, then blend with the soy milk and rose flower water. Transfer to a jug, cover and refrigerate until cold. Stir the apple milk and pour it into glasses. Add crushed ice and garnish each glass with a slice of apple.


Serves 4.
