4 large onions
1 clove of garlic

2 large tomatoes

100 g of grated cheese (gruyere or mozzarella)

Thinly slice the onions, crush the garlic, finely dice the tomatoes, Brown the meat in a saucepan, Add the onions, garlic, tomatoes, salt and the MARGUERITE spices, Let simmer for 10 minutes, Prepare the MARGUERITE attieke in a bowl (refer to the ATTIEKE recipe), In a buttered oven pan, successively pour layers of the attieke and the meat mixture (2 layers of each), Top-off with a layer of cheese, place in oven at low temperature for 15
