This is a favorite alcoholic drink in the Congo Republic. It is rich and fatty because it contains coconut milk, so be forewarned!
2 cups coconut milk
2 tablespoons sugar
¾ cup white rum
¾ cup white crème de cacao
1 cup crushed ice plus extra for serving
freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Place all ingredients, minus the nutmeg, in a blender and process until smooth. Place a tablespoon of crushed ice in a glass, pour the drink over it, and garnish with nutmeg.
