1 litre water
10 medium sliced potatoes
40 ml Dairibord butter
3 medium sized chopped onion
Teaspoon salt
Teaspoon black pepper
190 ml Dairibord cream
100 ml Dairibord Chimombe milk
15 ml parsley
10 ml Dairibord cottage cheese
Peel and dice potatoes.
Boil in water until soft and mash. Fry onion in butter until
brown add to potatoes. Add the salt, pepper and parsley, milk and
cream and mix. Add cheese. Allow to cool if soup thickens. Add
milk. Serve with toasted bread.
