1 kg sweet potato
750 ml coconut milk
200g sugar
10g salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
pinch of nutmeg
Peel and wash sweet
potato, cut into small pieces. Place the sweet potatoes in a pan
with coconut milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, essence and nutmeg.
Simmer on medium heat until sauce thickens , stir occasionally.
Remove from heat and serve cool.
