5 tablespoon groundnut
paste (peanut butter)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 litre water
2 whole lemons (squeezed)
4 medium sized bitter tomatoes "jahatou"
½ Kg meat (or Chicken)
¼ Kg pumpkin (chopped) in large pieces
½ Kg rice
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 small fresh tomatoes
Seasoning (salt, pepper, black pepper)
Serves 3 - 4.
