Chico is made out of Beso flour and clarified seasoned butter.
2 lb of Beso flour
25 oz of clarified butter
1 tablespoon salt
Beso flour and salt are mixed in a bowl. Clarified butter (warm) is poured in and mixed well.
The mixture is poured out on a chopping board and flattened. Run knife through the soft mixture to make squares (or any shape) cocktail size.
Put in refrigerator to cool. Ready to be served.
