Bunna, Ethiopian Coffee is world wide known for its aroma, flavor and satisfaction. Coffee is usually drunk for breakfast, after lunch, and in the afternoon. In most households coffee drinking has a ritual beyond explanation.
1 cup coffee beans
1 tsp cloves
¼ tsp cinnamon
7 cups water
Roast the coffee beans in a hot frying pan until golden Brown. In a coffee grinder add the roasted coffee, cloves & cinnamon and grind to fine powder. Bring the 7 cups of water to boil add the ground spiced coffee and boil for 5 minutes. Serve coffee in a small coffee cup.
Serves 6.
