2 cups Cream of Wheat
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt
1½ cups mashed bananas
2 eggs
1½ cups water
1 cup unsaturated oil
Mix dry ingredients together. Gradually add bananas, egg, water, and oil. Blend well. Bake in greased 8-inch by 12-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 ºF until knife stuck in center of cake comes clean. Remove from pan and cool.
