1 bag flying moths
mealie meal
fresh greens (mustard, cabbage, romaine, etc.)
1 bottle "Gold Medal" brand Zambian beer
Collect moths in bag, keep in mind their
lifespan after captivity is about 1 - 2 hours. De-wing dead moths
and bake in moderate oven for 10 minutes. Serve with mealie meal
and greens. Goes great with the Gold Medal beer!
